Description: Prostrate, decumbent or twining annual herbs; stems appressed-hairy.
Leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets obovate or oblong, apex obtuse, ± mucronate; stipules present.
Flower usually solitary, or 1–3 in leaf axils. Calyx short, teeth equal to tube. Corolla pink, mauve or red-purple.
Pods ± circular.
Distribution and occurrence: A genus of 2 species native to SE Asia to eastern Russia. 1 species naturalized in eastern Australia.
Previously included in Lespedeza.
